Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Academy of Wealth TA Fingenie, we value our customers and aim to provide fair and transparent terms regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Refunds and cancellations will only be processed in line with the terms below.
2. Cancellations

Before Service Delivery: Customers may cancel their order or subscription before the service has been delivered/activated for a full refund.

After Service Delivery: Once a service has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Duplicate payment or billing error.

Technical issues on our side that prevent delivery of the purchased service.

Cancellation within the allowed period (see Section 2).
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind after service/product delivery.

Failure to use or access the service when it is available and functional.
4. Subscription Services

Subscriptions are billed [monthly/annually].

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days].

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Exceptions
Special promotions, discounted products, or limited-time offers may carry their own refund/cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
